Refund Eligibility Refunds are available for floral products and services under the following conditions: The refund request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your flowers. Refunds are available only if the flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or do not match the agreed design. Refunds are not available for flowers that were not properly cared for after delivery (e.g., not placed in water). Custom floral arrangements, special orders, and event decorations are non-refundable unless there is a clear issue with quality.
